The Club’s boys program has been a proven and successful pathway into A-League Men, with the ultimate pleasure of seeing youngsters rise up through the ranks to make their mark.

Following the completion of U18 competition, we will start to see new senior players flourish with the U23 Victorian Premier League (VPL) set up, before transitioning into the VPL Men campaign.
Box Hill United coaches and staff will play a pivotal role in the development of youngsters, teaching them the philosophy and fundamentals of the game to learn required skillsets.
With a strong club culture and bonding, players and teammates will ride all the memorable moments together.

Trials are generally conducted in late September (post season) and spots are limited.
If you wish to apply to join our club, expression of interest (EOI) will open in August 2024.

At Box Hill United, we take development of our players into our senior squad seriously 2024 will see over eight Box Hill Juniors within our senior squad. What a great pathway for players ready and performing. This is on top of the many talented players we have doing well in all age groups at the three Victorian A-League academies.
Box Hill Senior Teams have more MiniRoos and long-term juniors playing in the senior NPL team by a long way compared to other NPL Clubs. Our pathway is the biggest in the NPL.
Our existing system currently sees over 38 Box Hill Juniors currently playing senior football professionally and semi-professionally, A- League Academies and for the Matilda youth and Junior teams.
