Tony Merakis is the Senior Men Head Coach and been at the helm since June 2023.
Following his duties as Box Hill United’s Technical Director and the U21’s coach prior to his appointment, Tony was duly rewarded in receiving the top role for a senior squad that is emerging with talent.
Tony brings a wealth of experience with a Football Australia “A” licence and has spent the majority of his coaching career focusing on youth development as those player rose through the ranks.
Very well known in Victorian football circles, Tony’s previous clubs include Richmond SC, South Melbourne FC, Port Melbourne SC, & Yarraville Glory FC.
Tony will lead Box Hill United in the Victorian Premier League 2 for 2024.
