Chiara Lettieri: “There is a great sense of community here”
Box Hill United FC is delighted to confirm the signing of Chiara Lettieri to the Senior Women’s squad.
An old-school attacking player that is able to play in midfield or forward positions, the 19-year-old was predominantly with FC Bulleen Lions and at the age of 14 was also part of Berwick City Soccer Club.
Now heading across to Box Hill, Lettieri has a keen eye for goal this season.
“After being in the U20 system, I want to feel more comfortable in the senior environment and improve as a player,” she said.
“I want to be able to make as much of an impact as I can and learn from everyone in the team.”
As a new player, Lettieri has already seen great early impressions at Wembley Park.
“There is a great sense of community and it’s a well put together Club.
“It’s a very welcoming environment to be part of.”
Lettieri is ready to sustain her growth as a footballer in her message to the fans.
“I look forward to the support that you will all bring to the stands, it will be fantastic,” she shared.
