Asuka Doi: “It’s a significant breakthrough to secure victory”

“Compared with Japanese football games, it’s a very tough game here,” she said.
“All games are tough. Australian football games involve very tough physical challenges.”
Doi also shed light on the demands of the game this year, emphasising the need for speed and agility on the field.
“I’m not a good sprinter and I’m not the fastest player,” she said.
“But even though I’m not very fast, if I can successfully receive passes from my teammates through my runs and score goals, I’m very happy.”
