Technical Director Vacancy – NPL Boy’s Teams

Box Hill United FC seeks a suitably qualified NPL Technical Director or Coach wanting to make to make the move into a Technical Director role.

 

About the role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion and enthusiasm for developing players. The candidate will thrive in an NPL club environment at a great club and demonstrate a commitment to continuous program improvement including coaches and players.

You will manage and lead the coaching team and player development programs, consistent with the club’s principles of long-term player development, and create a culture for learning in a high-performance environment.

As a leader, you will be professional, respectful, resourceful, understanding, organised and a great communicator. You will have a strong work ethic and lead by example.

 

Renumeration:

Position renumeration will be available to the suitably qualified candidate by negotiation and based on the agreed structure of the role.
